Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases are final, and no refunds are provided.
You can exchange items within 7 days with the original receipt and packaging.
Items must be unused, unaltered, and have all original tags for an exchange.
To arrange an exchange, email us at ------- or call ------ between 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
If there’s a price reduction due to a promotion, exchanges will be made at the discounted price.
Used items are ineligible for exchange.
Report damaged items within 3 days of purchase (or delivery if bought online).
Claims/exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process.
Exchanges are not allowed during sales or promotions.
Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
