Return & Exchange Policy

  • All purchases are final, and no refunds are provided.
  • You can exchange items within 7 days with the original receipt and packaging.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and have all original tags for an exchange.
  • To arrange an exchange, email us at ------- or call ------ between 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  • If there’s a price reduction due to a promotion, exchanges will be made at the discounted price.
  • Used items are ineligible for exchange.
  • Report damaged items within 3 days of purchase (or delivery if bought online).
  • Claims/exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process.
  • Exchanges are not allowed during sales or promotions.
  • Items on sale are not eligible for exchange.
