1. Dispatch & Delivery Time:

We work with trusted delivery companies to get your orders to you safely. Since most of our items are made-to-order, delivery times can vary. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may change due to unexpected reasons.

2. Delivery Details:

To make sure your order reaches you on time, please give us the correct name, address, contact number, and any helpful delivery instructions. SA STUDIO won’t be responsible for delays or missed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete information.

3. If Delivery Fails:

If the first delivery attempt fails, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided. If a second attempt is needed, extra delivery charges may apply.

4. Possible Delays:

Sometimes, deliveries can be delayed due to bad weather, traffic, political situations, or other issues. We’ll keep you updated if this happens and let you know the new delivery time. Any updates will be shared through proper channels.

5. Delivery Staff Responsibility:

While we work with reliable delivery partners, SA STUDIO is not responsible for the behavior or actions of the delivery staff. If any issues come up, they should be resolved directly with the delivery company.

6. Order Tracking:

After your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a tracking number by SMS and/or email. If needed, we can also send it on WhatsApp or social media. Please note, tracking updates might be delayed due to technical issues that are beyond our control.
